• All cottage rental units are self catering with fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with stand up shower and cable TV. (Sorry, no phones in cabins).

    Policies and Procedures 

Deposits:

A deposit will be processed to your credit card immediately upon booking.  The deposit amount required to hold your reservation (with the exception of long term stays, 4 weeks +) equals the rate for the first night of your stay.  Bookings of 7 nights or more require 2 nights deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation, the resort must receive Notice 30 days prior to your arrival for peak season (July, August), holiday weekends and stays of 7 days or longer.  Three days notice is required on all other reservations.  Cancellation made outside the required time frame will forfeit the deposit.  A full refund minus a $25 administration fee is available if cancellations are made within required time frames.

Special Rates:

CAA/AAA, Corporate and Government rates are available for non peak periods.

Extras:

There will be a charge of $10 per person per night for any additional guests and a one time charge of $15 for the Hide-a-Bed.  Children 12 and under stay free.

No Smoking and No Pets:

We have a STRICT no smoking and no pet policy.  There will be a charge of $125.00 per day if smoke odour is detected or if evidence of a pet is detected.
