Policies and Procedures

DEPOSITS:
In order to guarantee, a deposit of the first night stay (including tax) is needing for all reservations.
Stays of 7 nights or more require 2 nights deposit.
Monthly rental deposit is equal to the damage deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
30 DAYS prior to your arrival for Peak season, Holiday Weekends and stays of 7 days or longer.
3 DAYS prior to your arrival for all other reservations
A full refund minus a $25 administration fee is available if cancellations are made within required time frames. Cancellation made outside the required time frame will forfeit the full deposit.
SPECIAL RATES:
CAA/AAA, Corporate and Government rates are available for non peak periods.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
$10 per person per night for any additional guests.
$15 one time charge for the hide-a-bed.
HOUSEKEEPING:
All of our units are self contained and do not include daily maid service. We will come in every other day to exchange towels and remove garbage. Stays of more than 7 nights will also include a linen change and bathroom sanitation weekly.
RESTRICTIONS:
We have a STRICT no smoking and no pet policy. There will be a charge of $125.00 per day if smoke odour is detected or if evidence of a pet is detected. You may smoke outside away from any doors and windows. Ashtrays provided.
MONTHLY RENTALS:
Available September 1st - May 31st.
